Refund Rules
- What it is: This document refers to the conditions for refunding the remaining balance from the event.
- The remaining balance: The remaining balance refers to the unused amount from all top-ups made during the event.
- Refund conditions: To request a refund, the requester must have a registered and active consumption card in the Event's payment system. The requester agrees to request a refund only for their own consumption cards.
- Request period: The requester agrees that the refund must be requested between June 17, 2026 and June 21, 2026.
- Refund processing period: The requester is aware that the refund will be processed from June 22, 2026 to July 21, 2026.
