Refund Rules

 

  1. What it is: This term refers to the refund conditions for the remaining balance on your ZIG card at Primavera Sound Porto 2026.
  2. Remaining balance: The remaining balance is understood as the unused amount from all top-ups made during the event.
  3. Refund conditions: To request a refund, you must have a registered and active consumption card in the Event's payment system. You should only request refunds for your own consumption cards.
  4. Refund request period: The refund request must be made between June 15, 2026 and June 19, 2026.
  5. Refund processing period: You will receive a confirmation email for your refund request, and the payment will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the request period (June 19, 2026).
