REFUND REQUEST FORM

WILL THE REMAINING BALANCE ON THE CASHLESS WRISTBAND BE REFUNDED?

You can request a refund via the form available on the website reembolsocashless.com.br/bajabeachfest24 from August 12th at 08 a.m. until August 25th at 11h59 p.m., Tijuana time.

Check the Refund Policy for cashless top up:

1. Only CASHLESS wristbands active at the Baja Beach Fest will be eligible to receive a refund of the remaining balance;
2. Fill out the form correctly and with all the requested data. Only correctly completed forms are eligible to receive a refund;
3. Use the UID number on your CASHLESS wristbands to request your refund through the form on the website. The UID is the number on the back of your CASHLESS wristband;
4. Only one email per UID and form will be accepted;
5. The refund will only be made to the bank account held by the same owner as the form sent;
6. A refund fee of $20 MXN for national accounts and U$4 USD for international accounts, will be charged to cover the costs of the payment provider's fee and the refund processing service;
7. Refunds will be made from August 15th until 27th.
